  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's activities, progress, and any concerns
Requirements
  • Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • First aid and CPR certification
