Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Teacher to provide high-quality care and education to our young students. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes intellectual, psychological, and physical growth in children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team dynamic
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions

Requirements
  • Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • First aid and CPR certification
