Qualifications
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school
  • RN license in our state (must obtain within 90 days of graduation date)
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within the probation period
  • Eligibility to take the board of nursing exam
Working Conditions and Requirements

As a Medical Surgical Floor RN, you will be required to stand and walk most of the time on duty. You will also be expected to meet unit-specific physical demands, including bending, stooping, and lifting patients with assistance. You may be required to work differing schedules, shifts, days of the week, or work frequency according to patient care requirements.

We offer a range of benefits, including New Grad Student Loan Forgiveness of $20,000, Graduate Nurse Sign On Bonus of $5,000, and Experienced RN Sign On Bonus up to $20,000. We also offer Paid Time Off Frontload up to 80 hours for full-time only and $7,000 Relocation Assistance for full-time only.
