About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter to join our team at Lyman Lumber Company. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on various construction projects around the Twin Cities area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair nail pops and minor paint touch-ups
  • Replace or repair trim
  • Maintain and repair framing structures
  • Adjust and repair windows and doors

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with crew members, and adhering to established safety protocols.

What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in carpentry, preferably in commercial and/or residential sectors
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a certificate or degree from a vocational school or community college a plus
  • Strong knowledge of standard carpentry methods, practices, and principles
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $26.00 - $35.00+ per hour, based on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
