About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales floor team as a Sales Floor Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our customers' shopping experience.

Estimated Salary: $19.25 per hour, with a range of $15.00 to $27.00, plus additional compensation based on performance and specific circumstances.

Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression, gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts, cleaning restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot, and having a positive attitude in all weather conditions. You will also answer customer questions, help them with their needs, and be available to assist associates across the store as needed.
