Experience Requirement: We are looking for an Optometrist with experience in glaucoma and surgical care, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service.
Partnership Opportunity: We offer a partnership opportunity for our Optometrists, with a clear path for career advancement and professional growth.
Target Base Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary, with a target range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
Bonus Opportunity: Our Optometrists are eligible for a bonus program, with an average bonus of $50,000 per year.
Retirement Program: We offer a 401(k) retirement program, with a matching contribution to help our Optometrists plan for their future.
Other Benefits: Our practice offers a comprehensive benefits package, including CE allowance, credentialing, and malpractice insurance.
Vacation/PTO: Our Optometrists are entitled to 10 days of PTO in the first year, increasing to 15 days per year after that.
Estimated Surg Volume: Our practice performs minimal to moderate surgical procedures, including minor surgery and amniotic membrane punctal plugs.
Support Staff: Our practice has a dedicated team of support staff, including front office, office manager, technicians, opticians, and billing specialists.
Hospital Call: Our Optometrists are not required to make hospital calls.
ODs on Staff: Our practice has a team of experienced Optometrists, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
OD Network: We have established relationships with multiple surgery centers, with a primary focus on one center.
OD – patient per day expectation: Our Optometrists are expected to see an average of 20 patients per day.
Refractive Surgery Lasik: Our practice offers pre and post-operative care for refractive surgery, including LASIK.
Hospital Affiliation: We have affiliations with HCA and UTMB, providing our patients with access to a wide range of medical services.
ASC: We are pending affiliation with an ASC, providing our patients with access to advanced surgical care.
