Rental Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rental Coordinator to join our team at Atlas Copco Rental LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, generating sales, and resolving customer issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and generate sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate rental equipment and maintain customer-tracking data to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Implement quality process improvements that focus on safety, operations, and customer service.
  • Assist with AR (Accounts Receivable) and follow up with customers on past due invoices.
  • Support with logistic arrangements and maintain expiring rental contract return dates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or rental business.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel.
