The Premier Health Consultants is dedicated to delivering quality patient care and is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality patient-focused services, ensuring that individual needs and desires of patients are met. This involves providing exceptional patient experiences through various interactions, including phone calls, in-person visits, and correspondence. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed patient expectations while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to company policies and procedures.

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical/clerical standards, following policy and procedures as written in the Company Policy and Procedure Manual, and prioritizing calls. You will also enter patient admitting information into computer systems, add patients to clinic schedules, and perform necessary accounting duties.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
