Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Background in food service or dietary support is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Comfortable using technology, including web-based applications and communication tools.
  • Typing proficiency of 35 to 45 words per minute.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
