Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The Coil Winding Technician plays a crucial role in operating the coil winding machinery. The responsibilities include alternating between coil winding and wedging tasks on a rotational basis.

• Conduct visual inspections of stators and wiring
• Perform electronic testing and repairs on stators
• Trim wire leads as necessary
• Select appropriate wires for tasks
• Maintain adequate stock of parts
• Assist with equipment changeovers
• Operate a forklift as required

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Capability to reach and rotate 180 degrees
• Team-oriented with a positive demeanor
• Ability to differentiate colors
• Strong attendance history
• Proficient in using small hand tools
