Divisional Commercial Painter Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter to supervise a team of 3 commercial painters covering our facilities in West Virginia. This is a working supervisor position that requires previous supervisory experience and phasing experience to determine cohesive and workable timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of commercial painters responsible for our centers in WV.
  • Be a working supervisor, actively participating in painting operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of painting projects and maintain high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective phasing plans to minimize disruptions to facility operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to schedule painting projects and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in commercial painting or a related field.
  • Phasing experience and ability to determine cohesive and workable timelines.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various facilities in West Virginia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
