We are seeking Licensed Talk Therapists to join our team in Washington, DC, to provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions. As a valued member of our clinical team, you will have the autonomy to focus on your specialty while being fully supported by our comprehensive resources.

Job Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) with independent licenses in DC
  • Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing
Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, with salaries up to $118,600, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. This includes:

  • Paid orientation and guaranteed pay
  • PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities
  • Group health and dental insurance options, disability, life, and liability insurance coverage
  • A W2 employment model with access to a 401k program and a 3% employer match
Job Description

This role requires individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week, who are also open to seeing couples and/or children. We provide comprehensive support for clinicians looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisors.
