Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, and end-user productivity tools to plant business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a multi-shift operation in a manufacturing plant, including flexible hours and rotating schedules.
  • Provide technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user productivity tools.
  • Interface with Business IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.
  • Support Plant Floor Systems/PDO teams in resolving incidents and escalations.
  • Focus on the integration and long-term maintenance of applications.
  • Assist the team lead with managing assignments and workload.
  • Develop, maintain, and share accurate support documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma.
  • Strong desire to learn manufacturing operations and business practices.
  • Broad business and manufacturing perspective.
  • Understanding of computer-based tools and computing infrastructure.
  • Interest in processes that support manufacturing.
  • Willingness to work in a high-pressure production environment with flexible working shifts.
