Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Leader to join our team as a General Manager. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of up to 30 employees, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and productive work environment, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 30 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and goals.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Competent and responsible individual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
