Job Summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel. Your expertise will help ensure that our staff has the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel
  • Collaborate with facility/market nursing leadership and staff to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming
  • Act as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff
  • Implement a comprehensive education program for assigned units while following and contributing to Tenet educational goals and vision
  • Supports the educational needs for assigned units/clinics including classroom, clinical experiences, and learning technologies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • Five years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two in area of specialization
  • Experience in the teaching and learning process
  • Registered nurse licensed to practice in Commonwealth of MA
  • BLS, ACLS
  • Certification in clinical specialty required
