  • About the Role

The Shift Leader is a key member of our store team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading the team to achieve sales goals.

  • Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the store team during shifts, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to achieve sales goals and implement store initiatives.
    • Requirements
    • At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
