Job Summary

Ladgov Corporation seeks a skilled Protestant Music Director to lead our worship services and special events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music direction, vocal performance, and instrumental leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and direct musicians for worship services and special events.
  • Provide solo vocal performances with accompaniment for community services and other approved events.
  • Direct choir members at weekly rehearsals and performances.
  • Ensure music stands, microphones, and equipment are set up and secured after events.
  • Coordinate music selections, arrangements, and special service requirements with the Service Chaplain.
  • Coordinate roles and activities of musicians, praise team members, and guest performers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a choir director and instrumentalist.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing vocal solos.
  • Ability to read and play music.
