Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Troy Hills Center - Parsippany, NJ. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Delegate Patient Care: Supervise and delegate patient care responsibilities to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and clear communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an Approved Nursing Program: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification: Must hold current CPR certification.
