Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders for dispatch
  • Prepare shipments and load packages onto transport vehicles
  • Operate equipment to ensure compliance with shipping regulations
  • Verify that picked orders meet quality standards and are undamaged
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Support other areas of the warehouse as needed based on volume
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving operational processes

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliable employment history
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Follow safety protocols and instructions diligently
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Perform basic arithmetic and counting tasks accurately
  • Stand and walk for extended periods without issue
  • Regularly engage in physical activities such as twisting, stooping, and reaching
  • Utilize proper lifting techniques for items weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Be available for overtime as required
