We're seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide them with a warm and friendly experience
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including specialty beverages
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
  • Handle customer transactions and process payments
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
  • Strong knowledge of coffee and tea, including brewing methods and flavor profiles
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
