Key Responsibilities- Installation and Service: Install and service commercial fire alarm systems, access control systems, and other low-voltage systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
- System Programming: Program and configure low-voltage systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical issues using a variety of testing devices and tools.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning properly and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education and Experience: Advanced technical school training or related work experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools, including electric and battery-powered equipment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
