We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. As a Full-Time Emergency Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California RN license.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in an Emergency Department setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
