Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide physician-recommended physical therapy aimed at improving or alleviating residual physical disabilities of patients. You will maintain ongoing communication with physicians, the healthcare team, and other relevant individuals regarding care aspects and patient progress. You will assist in developing and adjusting the care plan as necessary and communicate with PT+ regarding any issues related to rehabilitation services and patient care.

• Competitive compensation of $75 per visit

Qualifications:
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience is preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York.

• Graduate from a physical therapist program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or its successor organizations.

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and independent judgment.
