Job Description

At Construction Specialties, we're seeking a skilled Director of Facilities to lead our building operations and maintenance teams. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets to meet current and future needs
  • Oversee all building operations, including repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems
  • Evaluate and select contractors for facility projects and delivery of services
  • Ensure building operations meet service standards and comply with all local laws and regulations
