Responsibilities- Assess and reassess patients' conditions, developing individualized plans of care and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Administer medications, perform technical skills, and utilize the nursing process to meet patients' needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS and PALS certification within one year of employment.
- CPI certification within six months of employment.
