Role Overview:

The Property Restoration Specialist acts as a first responder in situations involving property damage, working to minimize loss in both residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-site cleaning, microbial remediation, content management, and handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Water extraction and damage control
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Microbial cleanup
• Crime scene and biohazard remediation
• Demolition tasks
• Supervision of temporary labor personnel
• Delivering exceptional customer service with empathy
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Availability for on-call duties 24/7
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in restoration or maintenance

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Travel Requirements:

Compensation:
