This is a full-time position that involves working various shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights. You'll be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents, while maintaining nursing standards of practice.
Your duties will include:
- Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Providing education to residents and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in nursing and an active RN license in good standing. They'll also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
