LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading provider of recruitment solutions to the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cash Applications Specialist to join our team in Center Square, PA.

As a Cash Applications Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing key cash-related functions, including posting and applying cash receipts, performing bank reconciliations, and overseeing the management of fixed assets. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills who can effectively work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Cash Application & Posting: Post and apply cash receipts with accuracy, ensuring the General Ledger (GL) is updated promptly. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash postings, maintaining precise financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts, identifying and resolving variances. Maintain detailed records of reconciliations to support audit requirements.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the management of fixed assets, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of fixed assets.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly reports for cash receipts and fixed assets as requested. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.

This is a hybrid role that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of LHH Recruitment Solutions.
