Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team in Denison, IA. As an outpatient rehabilitation specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.

You will ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Additionally, you will plan, market, and develop new therapy programs to improve patient outcomes and address community needs.

Your expertise will also involve collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. You will lead in-service training sessions for fellow therapists and staff, promoting a culture of learning.

In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of the therapy department, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Must possess or be eligible for state licensure in Iowa.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
