We are seeking a skilled and licensed electrician to join our team at Osceola Energy Inc. as a Journeyman Electrician - Solar Installation Specialist. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position that requires a strong background in electrical work, particularly in commercial and small-scale utility projects.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical Work: Terminate wiring systems, install gear for commercial solar projects, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with NEC code, manufacturer guidelines, plans, and specifications.
- Training and Instruction: Train and instruct apprentice-level electricians to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Efficiency and Attention to Detail: Complete tasks in an efficient manner with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, follow written and verbal instructions, and use equipment and tools properly and safely.
- Compliance and Safety: Comply with all company policies and procedures, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
- A valid New Mexico Journeyman License.
- Lifting 80 pounds.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Solar installation experience is a plus.
