Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Illinois RN license (non-compact state).
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • 36 hours per week.
