Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Medical Services Specialist. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals served, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to promote health, wellness, and independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess the medical needs of individuals served and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide medication administration, wound care, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct health education sessions and provide training to staff members on topics such as infection control and medication administration
  • Serve as a liaison and advocate with other medical and professional service providers


Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field required; one year of experience working with population served in a nursing capacity preferred. Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance required. Additional certifications as required by state licensing regulations.

Benefits: Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and holiday pay.
