Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Living Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
* Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
* Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)/Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) and monthly updates
Qualifications:
* LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
* In states/provinces where appropriate, must maintain certifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age
