As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Implement and monitor cost control measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Conduct variance analysis on financial performance, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory accounting.
  • Oversee capital expenditure projects, including financial justification, tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead and develop the plant finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
