We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to our team of Behavior Interventionists and Program Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Supervision: Provide high-quality clinical supervision to our team of Behavior Interventionists and Program Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver evidence-based behavioral therapies.
- Client Care: Ensure that our clients receive a consistent high-quality clinical practice, impactful client progress, and customer satisfaction with Intercare services.
- Team Development: Provide oversight, feedback, mentoring, and encouragement to our clinical team to optimize their success and professional development.
- Program Management: Supervise our Program Managers to ensure they meet minimum billable hours and provide quality clinical services to our clients.
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, to develop and evaluate individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
- Functional Behavioral Assessments: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatments.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our clinical team, including Behavior Skills Training (BST), to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality services.
- Education: Master's degree in a related field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
- Certification: BCBA certification.
- Experience: Proven experience in behavioral therapy, clinical supervision, and team leadership.
- Skills: Strong ABA and clinical skills, excellent written and spoken communication, excellent time management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
We serve clients in various locations, including West Covina, Covina, Walnut Valley, San Dimas, Diamond Bar, Pomona, and surrounding areas.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
