Job Summary:

Trinity Industries is seeking a skilled Interior Surface Specialist to join our team in Longview, TX. As an Interior Surface Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our tank cars.

Key Responsibilities:

Line and coat interior surfaces of tank cars using airless spray equipment.

Mix and apply cold set and phenolic materials.

Apply all layers (prime, intermediate, and top) with consistently defect-free results.

Supervise and direct Interior Preppers and other Interior Liners as a team leader of a three-member working unit involved in preparing and lining cars.

Maintain and complete all required records.

Requirements:

No supervision required.

Observes all standard safety practices.
