Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Med Surg nurse, preferably in a similar setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
