We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Systems Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all-source intelligence analysis of foreign threat systems with a focus on fixed wing, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) / Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).
Key Responsibilities:- Discover and exploit all available sources of technical information to develop detailed system and subsystem performance assessments.
- Analyze flight performance, on-board sensors and components, communication capability, and ground support equipment.
- Develop and maintain expertise in UAV/UAS systems or subsystems, including research and development, design, flight testing, operations, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a HS diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Scientific and Technical Intelligence community (NASIC, MSIC, ONI, NGIC) or other intelligence agencies is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills, good people skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on a highly focused technical team of engineers, analysts, and scientists.
