Ardent Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist with a focus on Head and Neck Surgical Oncology to become part of a dynamic, employed practice.


Position Overview:
Join a team of experienced ENTs and Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative environment.
Academic faculty role available.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

4 hours dedicated to administrative responsibilities per week
3 days allocated for patient consultations and 2 days for surgical procedures
Act as Surgical First Assistant
Participate in shared clinic on-call duties
Utilize Epic EMR for patient management

Compensation Package may include:
Competitive base salary with wRVU production incentives
Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance
