Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a reputable school in a supportive environment. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives and inspire them to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students' progress
- Evaluate students' communication skills and develop strategies to improve their abilities
- Collaborate with special education staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Manage a K-8th grade caseload and provide speech therapy services to students
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Previous experience with IEPs and a strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license to practice as an SLP
