Cardiology Manager

As a Clinical Manager Invasive Cardiology at AdventHealth, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the delivery of patient care and staff activities within the assigned areas. You will maintain working relationships with medical staff, ancillary departments, and nursing units, and actively participate in strategic planning and implementation of performance improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with front-line staff, physicians, patients, and visitors, maintaining a professional relationship with all customers and co-workers.
- Responsible for human resource management in assigned areas to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines.
- Encourage growth of employees by mentoring, teaching, and support.
- Resolve employee issues, provide support, and guidance.
- Associate's Degree from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology upon hire.
- Five years' Cath Lab or EP Lab experience upon hire.
- Five years' supervisory experience upon hire.
- Current Florida RT or RN license OR CVT diploma from accredited Cardiovascular program upon hire.
- RCIS or RCES certification upon hire.
- Current American Heart Association BLS upon hire.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS upon hire.
