Work Schedule:
This role requires a commitment to a 0.5 Shift, specifically during the PM/Night hours, with a rotation that includes weekends and holidays.
Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Weekly Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week.
Weekend Requirements:
Availability for some weekends is necessary. This position is eligible for benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe environment for all patients.
- Monitor and manage security protocols within the facility, specifically focused on child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with a calm and professional demeanor, prioritizing patient safety at all times.
