Key Responsibilities:
1. **Debt Management:**
- Oversee debt instruments across the entire real estate division.
- Ensure the debt management system is up-to-date with current and complete information, considering new investments and refinancings.
- Prepare comprehensive files and tables with debt details on a quarterly basis.
- Assist subsidiary teams with quarterly submissions and reconcile details between the debt management system and accounting systems.
- Generate reports and conduct analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of hedge positions related to interest rate exposure.
- Collect and review covenant calculations and sensitivity analyses from global subsidiaries, monitoring at-risk covenants and mitigants.
- Analyze the potential liquidity impact of guarantees across various levels of investment, fund, and corporate structures.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated covenant calculations and debt-related presentations for management.
- Support ongoing projects to enhance the functionality of debt management systems.
- Conduct financial statement analysis, including variance and currency analysis, to aid in quarterly forecasts and annual business planning.
- Identify and summarize unusual variances for follow-up discussions.
- Prepare clear and concise files for ad hoc analyses, utilizing reports from various systems.
- Run reports to support hedging activities related to foreign currency equity exposure.
- Perform internal calculations for credit rating models.

2. **Candidate Profile:**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a desire for continuous learning in business.
- Positive, approachable demeanor with a proactive attitude.
- Adaptability to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hedging instruments and strategies is advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Quantum, OneStream, or Chatham is a plus.
- CPA designation preferred.

Compensation:
Salary range is $90k - $100k, with a compensation structure that includes a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Compensation varies based on local market conditions and is designed to be competitive. Decisions regarding compensation are influenced by factors such as experience, industry background, education, and professional designations.
