Job Title: Xactimate Estimator/Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Xactimate Estimator and Project Manager. This dynamic role combines the responsibilities of creating detailed estimates in Xactimate, managing restoration projects from start to finish, and driving sales efforts.

About Us: Expert Water Removal is a leading restoration company in Bradenton, FL, specializing in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction services. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service to our clients during some of their most challenging times.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Client Relations:
    • Engage with potential clients directly, including leads from digital channels, with the goal of closing sales.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell restoration and reconstruction services to residential and commercial clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Project Estimation and Scoping:
    • Utilize Xactimate software to create accurate and comprehensive estimates for restoration projects.
    • Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and define the scope of work.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee all phases of assigned restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to execute projects efficiently.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restoration industry.
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software is required.
