About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor to join our hotel's operations team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and facility operations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or Engineer in an upper-upscale or luxury hotel.
  • Bachelor's degree or related relevant years of experience.
  • Proficiency in English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
