Job Overview
This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to develop skills in investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims on losses of lesser value and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete required training for progression to the next level position.
- Handle 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
- Investigate and evaluate facts to determine coverage, damages, and liability.
- Negotiate claim settlements within authority limits.
- Maintain a diary system and manage file inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform administrative functions as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or minimum of two years of related experience.
- Ownership attitude, customer-centric response, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
