Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heat Pump Technician to join our team at HVAC R Medic Inc., a family-owned and operated business. As a Heat Pump Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential settings.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary depending on the individual's skills and level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heat pumps and other HVAC equipment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of tools and equipment used in the trade
  • Work efficiently and safely to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Completion of an HVAC training course (9 1/2 months or equivalent)
  • Clean driving record
