- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to support patients throughout their continuum of care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Prioritize caseload and coordinate daily staffing needs to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's Degree.
