Behavioral Technician Job Description

At 360 Human Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our clinical team. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA's to increase desired skills and decrease challenging behaviors
  • Conduct 1:1 direct sessions with clients, focusing on measurement and assessment, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition
  • Use DTT and NET strategies to promote client progress
  • Collect and record data, including ABC Narrative data and frequency data, to inform treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, coworkers, and community members
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Prior work experience in early education, special education, or childcare; prior exposure working with toddlers, children, and/or teens
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
