ABC Bookkeeping & Business Support is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing team. We provide exceptional bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and HR support to businesses in the Gig Harbor area and beyond.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting for a diverse range of clients. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and seamless operations for our valued partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), payroll processing, excise tax returns, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Online proficiently to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of financial information and addressing their accounting needs.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling full-cycle accounting for various businesses.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
