Mediterranean Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance our team at The Quoin Hotel, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Wilmington. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests at the bar, adhering to established standards.
• Manage the bar area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of bartending experience in an upscale setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mentality and strong work ethic.
